We invite you to join us on our ranch, a private, 720-acre nature preserve, in the rolling aspen woodlands near Riding Mountain National Park.
If you want to escape the crowds, our ranch will certainly fit the bill. Our ranch is a peaceful, friendly place where you can relax and make yourself at home. You can breath pure fresh air, awaken each morning to a virtually crime-free world, enjoy the silence, which is interrupted only by the sounds of nature, watch spectacular sunsets and, after dark, peer into limitless star-filled skies.
The beautiful natural setting of our home, overlooking
loon-inhabited Lake Wasamin (a private, 160-acre lake on our
ranch) makes our place a perfect setting for those wanting to connect with
nature. You can explore the many natural features of the ranch on foot or by
canoe or kayak*. Or, simply enjoy the solitude of nature by sitting on the
porch and enjoying the view of the lake.

Although we no longer offer wildlife-viewing or guest-ranch vacation packages (as we have decided at this point in our lives that it's time to slow down), we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our wonderful guests that we've got to know over the decades and with whom we've had the opportunity to share so many enjoyable experiences! * Canoes and kayaks are available free of charge for guests wishing to engage in a late afternoon or evening paddle on our lake.
