         We invite you to enjoy our favorite recipes -- those most often requested by our guests.   Due to the remoteness of our location,  the recipes are made with easy to obtain and, whenever possible, fresh ingredients.  Many of the recipes lend themselves to ingredient substitutions, so that you can cook with what you have on hand.  Except for a few recipes, which are a 'labor of love,' most are quickly made and can best be described as 'hearty!'
