Driving Directions to Riding Mountain Guest Ranch (Phone: 204 848 2265)
From Winnipeg, take the Trans Canada (#1) heading West.
Just past Portage La Prairie take Highway #16 (the Yellowhead), which is a right turn off the highway. There is an intersection with a set of lights.
At Neepawa keep going west on #16 . At Minnedosa watch the highway signs, leave the Yellowhead and get onto Highway #10 North.
You will come to the town of Erickson. Keep going north on #10. The next town on the highway will be Onanole. Slow down.
On the right hand side of the highway you will see an Xtr Gas Station. On the left hand side is Wood’s Super Mart Lucky Dollar Store. Turn left at this corner and you will be on Provincial Road #354.
Follow #354 until you reach a “T” in the road. Turn right (i.e. north).
You are still on #354. Eventually you will go over a small bridge and the road appears to fork. Stay to the LEFT and keep going.
Shortly you will come to a road sign marking the intersection of #250 and #354. That’s good. Keep going straight ahead on #354.
The road will be straight, then curvy, then straight again. You will soon see a small brown "Riding Mountain Guest Ranch" sign indicating that the ranch is 2 km. Keep going.
Watch for the next little brown "Riding Mountain Guest Ranch" sign and turn left as it indicates. Your distance from Hwy #10 at Onanole at this turn off point will be 14.6 miles/23.7 km.
Go about 1.6 miles/2.5km to the first road to the left. Turn left. You will see a white sign that says "Road Closed". This is the right road to take.
Follow this road, turning left at the top of the hill. Keep going until you see a road barricade. You are at the ranch gates. Turn left and go down the driveway. You have arrived!! Please drive very slowly coming in our lane, as there are animals at liberty in our yard.
If you are coming from Brandon, take Highway #10 north to Onanole and follow the directions from Onanole above.
