This page would allow the members of the industry to fill out the forms and electronically submit their information directly to the database. Copies of the submission forms would be emailed to TCRC to be scrutinized for 'Customer Ready' status. Once accepted, the data would be activated and available or the subscriber would be emailed and informed of the reason their submission was not accepted.
