Travel Country Roads Canada realizes that quality standards and customer satisfaction are vital to the tourism industry.

Quality Standards Transparency

TCRC relies on the grass-roots organizations to set the standards for their membership.  TCRC's objective is to make quality standards information readily available to you the consumer. You can find information on the standards of some listed businesses from a link on their listing.  If a "Quality" link is not present, it means

1/ the business has not listed any affiliations or quality standards ratings

2/ the business does not belong to an organization that dictates standards or live in an area where there are provincial or territorial standards.

If you wish to do a comparison, you can access a directory of organizations' and provincial and territorial regulations and standards here. 

Although the TCRC does its best to ensure businesses listings on the website meet basic public safety and sanitation standards and provide honest descriptions of their products, often the customer is the best judge.  To assist us in assuring our rural tourism suppliers are meeting these standards, please feel free to rate an businesses you have experienced on your travels.  This information will be forwarded to the organization that sets the business's quality standards and directly to the business.

Quality Standards Certification Program

TCRC offers businesses, who fall outside the boundaries of being regulated by government agencies or belonging to an organization that requires standards for their members, a quality standards certification program.

Customer Feedback

TCRC believes the customer can best judge the quality of their expeiences and invites you to submit a customer feedback form.  This information will not be made public but will be sent to the business and the business's affiliate organization.
